History and Origins

There are many different ways of cooking the rice, such as yuzu or Yuzu pot, but the typical dish is rice. In the Fukuyama region, once well caught in the fields in spring, and today's "Sakura Koyama" festival, which was the annual annual spring event, says that there were many stalls selling rice and rice. That's why they called me "The City of Tanissi." From the fact that "it's a matter of doing something" that invites this region to a festival of Japanese Japan, it can be seen how the rice fields are familiar to the local people. Even after local rice fields became too difficult to obtain, they served rice sauce in nearby hot springs, such as using foreign crops.
