History and Origins
In many parts of Japan, a special color appears in its contents. The ingredients, tastes, the materials, the shape of the cucumbers, etc., and so on, vary from region to region. It is said that the practice of eating citrus stew on New Year's Day was observed in the period of peace. Then you enter the room town and you start to build on the gravy that has been added to the various branding products as a celebration for the warriors. The stew that will be eaten in Kyoto Prefecture will be "Creeps of the Sun." The rounder desires a full and long life, the head potato means prosperity, success, and the main root means maturity if you cut it in a round shape, and long life if you cut it into a turtle plate. The golden carrots are sometimes put in for the charm from their pale red. The Chrysanthemum is said to have originated Kyoto and has already been built since the peace period. White rice, which was valuable at the time, was eaten mainly among the noblemen. It will be soft and sweet, as it will produce a week to 10 days less and less salt, compared with other tastes that have developed for storage, such as flour and beans.
When It Is Eaten
Three New Years are eaten in each household day. Although it is not customary to eat white pepper regularly, it is said that many families use it for a special New Year's Eve.
How It Is Eaten
The boiled head potato and large roots are cut into a ring or turtle plate. Similarly, if you want to put in a carrot during the time of the day, you have to cut it in half. In a vessel, the head potato, the root, and the soft, round bowl are added. Lastly, I'd like you to pour a white sauce into the soup. A cucumber can be baked, but it is often boiled to keep the flavor of the white pepper from disturbing.
