History and Origins
It's easy to sit down with, like, a horse that has a lot of local food with flour. Of the many flour dishes, especially in the rural areas, is the "sniff." It is said to have been named because of the taste flavor of the broth that is baked over with the excess heat of ashes in the hearth. Besides taste buds, they say they can carve and paste the fabric with vegetables and other vegetables that are missing from the house. There has always been a custom of women and men working together and preparing meals after work. It is thought that this has made me like simple and nutritious native food like a brush. In addition, they say that they were fond of food while eaten in one hand as ten o'clock and fifteen o'clock between farm work. It's eaten in various parts of the province.
When It Is Eaten
In times of food shortage and the food that we eat with our stomachs was widely known in the Gunma Prefecture. It is said that the walnut was also served as an easy staple and was also served between meals, such as farming. Also, in the south of the village where there are no rice paddies, there are times when there are places where there are different ways to make them, including the ones that are more easily grown in the fields and prefer the walnuts.
How It Is Eaten
At present, I often carve into fabric the materials of my choice - cherry shrimps, dried shrimps, onions, cabbages, leaves, and so forth. It's also easier to make it with hot plates, not roast. There are no rules about the hardness of the materials and fabrics to put in, and the process varies according to each household.
