History and Origins
"Game" is like a bowl wrapped in woven leather and vegetables and steamed in traditional food food that goes to northern Niigata Prefecture and Nagano Prefecture. In some areas it's called "sun." "Single" is similar to the Nagano Prefecture's "mocks" at first sight. But the big difference is that the skin uses rice rather than flour. The Nagano Prefecture mountain terrain was not suitable for rice and wheat growing, so wheat was used, but in the Niigata Prefecture where rice was plentiful, it took rice to make "field" and made "field" for rice. For the contents, the haikus, which have been seasoned with beans and garlic, are usually wrapped in rice, rice, rice, and so forth. In seaside areas, fish can be put in. In the past, I used to eat the fields by burning them in ashes in the lining of the furnace or by handing them in wire. It was one way to make use of waste rice, and was eaten as a staple food or snack besides winter food.
When It Is Eaten
They are eaten throughout the year as staples and snacks, regardless of the time.
How It Is Eaten
In some areas, we can put in vegetables and rice. Put your favorite tools, such as tachi, soup, vegetables, and so on, and so forth. You can also save it by freezing, and roasting some oil on an oven toaster or hot plate or in a pan of fried bread.
Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 cups(375 g) joshinko rice flour
- 3 cups(600 ml) water
- 1 slices(80 g) salmon
- 80 g 漬け菜
- bean paste, to taste
Method
- The salmon will be baked and loose. I'll keep the vegetables in pieces.
- Water is poured into the pot, and when it is boiling, the dust is poured into pieces. If there's a bump and bubbles coming out from around you, don't be shy. With five chopsticks, you can stop the stir quickly. It's hot so we can cover it for about five minutes and water it with hands and then divide it by 12 as hard as hard as ears.
- I wrap my hands around them with a bowl of rice, chicken, fried vegetables, and tadpole.
- Line up on the net and cook both sides tightly.
