History and Origins
Miyazaki Prefecture Takaho, known as a town of myths and legends. In this area, bamboo is called a "nose." At one time, I used to boil water and tea and use it as a water bottle while I was working on my farm, but it's been said that when I pour water, I hear the sound of "a little tail." The dish used as an instrument for cooking is "nature chicken." In Takaho, where bamboo is abundant, it has been eaten for ages. Cut a piece between the bamboo bar and the bar, and then place a chicken or vegetable with a tastiest dish there. Put the piece out like a lid and put the bamboo on fire. The materials are made to be steamed in the bamboo, and the heat passes slowly through. And then you add the scent from the bamboo and the extract, and it becomes a refreshing and unique taste. It's also a dish that enjoys the flavor of bamboo, so I hear that bamboos used in the bowl are good for a year of young red bamboo with easy extracts. Except for the use of bamboo vessels and the addition of chicken meat, there is no rule, and there are no tools and no flavors.
When It Is Eaten
It's often behaved in local festivals and events. During lunch hours, such as working in the forest, cutting mountain cuttings, cutting of caya, and so on, the first time I was drinking tea in a forest fire, I was taking clean water from the valley and putting in fresh leaves from the mountain. Then there are the bluish - oily, good for the flavor and health of the green bamboo, and the native produce of the chicken, the carrots, and the carrots mixed, and it was used by the "meat chicken" that was boiled in the bamboo tubes, and it was eaten with tea for the forest forest's meal.
How It Is Eaten
The secret is different flavors in different homes. You can cut out the bamboo and make a bamboo bottle, but without the bamboo, you can use a clay pot, and you can burn it with a BBQ stove instead of a hearth. The wine that has been served with local broth and hearth in the bamboo tubes is called "mew," and is served with "snack chicken."
