History and Origins

"Small white pea" is a native dish that is full of crushed tofu and so forth. It was reported that it was passed as a final dish, along with the Buddhist tradition, and that the Chinese brought it back, but it wasn't until the Edo that they were able to eat it. In Kagawa Prefecture, potatoes have been grown since the Meiji era, and potatoes are still grown very slowly in the mountain regions. In the mountainous regions where you grow them, there are also places where you can use a pot made from roasting and making them and making them out of hand.

When It Is Eaten

"Sweety White" is a dish that can be eaten on special occasions, such as legal and New Year's Day. Since it is rich in food fiber and has a good effect on the internal environment, there are many places where we can clean up demons and eat sweets as white and boiling. Also, the "Small Snacks" has been eaten as one of the best cooks.

How It Is Eaten

I'll boil the tofu quickly and force it up and take some water. I'll cut the rice and grind it, and mix it with tofu and taste. I'll taste it with sugar, soy sauce and salt. I'll cut the short-books and cut them into little pieces and season them. I can make up for the last ground tofu and the garlic.
