History and Origins

"Small-smelling" is a typical dish eaten on the morning of the day in the Hijidashi Coast area, as it's called. Not only for New Year's Eve, but also for wedding celebrations, feasts, and special hospitality. It is characterized by the taste of two tastes, whether it be radish, carrots, lentils, frozen tofu, or soy sauce. In the coastal areas, cold weather made rice difficult to grow, so it is thought that the food that was born to appreciate its precious home was eaten. Depending on the home, sometimes you can add sea products, such as walrus, to your clothing. The walrus uses a local animal. The animals are characterized by less tannin, less oil, and less easily than those from overseas. They make a "sniff." Until they pick this animal up politely. In Iwate Prefecture, the silk is deeply rooted in the diet and can be described as "sour taste."

When It Is Eaten

The New Year's Eve was the first month of my life that I spent trying to live with as long as I could. Now it's eaten as a fresh New Year's broth, but other opportunities are running low.

How It Is Eaten

I've made a bowl of chicken, carrots, rice, rice, and so on. I've cooked it with soup and rice. I'll put the burned horn in there. With the walnuts, the sugar and salt mixture is prepared in separate dishes, and eaten with respect. In some homes, you can add sea goods, such as how much money you make at home.

Ingredients

Method

  1. I'll cut the bowls into pieces. The baked tofu should be half thick, cut in half, cut in half, and put a fire on both sides and then cut thin. I'll cut her to about two centimeters.
  2. I'll cook the soup with a sauce, but with a non-steel ingredient one. With soy sauce, salt, and alcohol, it tastes good, and it will add to the last pinch.
  3. The chandeliers wipe the flour and then cook it and put it in two of the finished pieces and soften it.
  4. (The peppers are good, taste them in sugar and salt and be served in turquoise juice or water until they are ready.)
  5. We'll boil the vessel in a soft, steamy broth, and then we'll add to it by pouring everyone on another vessel.
  6. I'll eat with my finger on.
