History and Origins
The northern part of the Yamaguchi Prefecture on the Sea of Japan. There has been a history of good fishing grounds, and fishing has supported people's lives, and it has appeared in local food. It's the eagle that gets a lot of water, especially in the season. A particularly distinctive native dish with the eagle is "The flower of a flower" and is also called "The Snoopy." A large feature is using a flower that grows in the place of a rice plant, and it is usually the use of an eagle that has been sealed with vinegar for the subject. In Tsubagakure, fish caught at that time may be used as eagles. Also, each of them tastes home-to-house, but it's common to make rice wrapped in vinegar. It was characterized by the low price and easy production of the eagle and the eagle, and it was also valued as a food reserve. It's been prized as a food for the taste of wine.
When It Is Eaten
It's made as a reserve food, but it's also used as a hospitality dish to make up for the sake of drinking. It was an old-fashioned dish that was essential for New Year's, wedding ceremonies, and festivals.
How It Is Eaten
I put salt on the eagle that took the base three. It's soaked in vinegar with sugar and vinegar. Mix the sauce with vinegar, mix it with the roasted Goma and the Eagle, and hold it as small as a sushi silk. I'll wrap the water-scrolling eagle around it. You may cut a slice of red pepper between you and the eagle or put it on an eagle. In the Yugoslav region, small fish and ducks called "Gintaro" can be used as eagles. You can wear a "The Flowers of the Day" of the day and oil it with oil and cook it and set it on a stove.
