History and Origins

The "krill" eaten in all parts of the province as a native dish of Yamaguchi Prefecture is a simple dish cooked with tofu and carrots. It's a dish that goes to the home, and it can also add various ingredients, such as sea horses, oilings, chicken, sea horses, and so forth, in local and domestic areas. I often make a lot of stuff in a large pot, and I've been boiling it for days and eating it. To finish the seasoning of the sweet little thick, it goes well with the dinner. It's also made into a soup and is sometimes eaten as "gly." There are theories from various sources, and one says, "Sympathy of Nagasaki." The "Sysaki" is made of chopped vegetables and tofu roasted into soup and steam. It was supposed to have been born after Edo, and it was said to have been a special date of law. Another source of the story comes from The Chief Chief's Essay and comes from the soup of vegetables and tofu that were cooked as a everyday meal of the Kano period. In particular, under this arrangement, the word "kri" is considered to be the everyday dish and the history of trade bases to be the dominant one.

When It Is Eaten

We're used to being close to each other as family food.

How It Is Eaten

The tofu is boiled, and the water is cleaned and kept well. I'll cut the carrots into two-tenths of an inch thick. I'll put the dried - dried mushrooms back in water and have them cut into pieces. The bacon will be cut into a handful of five millimeters wide. Oil the pot, bacon, carrots, lentils, tofu in order of tofu, rice and rice, and cooked with oil, sugar, and salt. I don't want to cut it into pieces. If you use a well-stuff instead of tofu, it will not bother you to cut it out and you'll get a little moss in your taste. You can also scatter the leaves you cut in half in exchange for a lily.
