History and Origins
The "Fire Island" is an ancient masterpiece of the Five Island Islands on the westernmost west end of Nagasaki Prefecture. Since the island was once the port of the ship's port, it is said that the Tangsai who learned many things in China passed on the model. In recent studies, there has been a theory that the roots are not the ones that are so similar to the Chinese and Japanese methods. The rice that is boiled and returned is characterized by a round, narrow, foody texture.
When It Is Eaten
In the soy sauces of many of the oshima's noodles, it has been known locally not only as home cooking but also as a food for a large number of people around a pot and eating. Since becoming known as the national masterpiece, it has been eaten in many homes and scenes throughout Japan. At present, about 80 percent of the made noodles are shipped off the island.
How It Is Eaten
The local way of eating a regular meal is "hell-smelling." I'll put the dried noodles back in an iron pot and put it back in a duck made of Tobi fish caught off the coast of Five Island. Sometimes, to give an accent to the taste, you can put on onions, onions and rice sauce and eat noodles around the melted eggs. Since chopsticks are difficult to remove when removing noodles, we use the "silent stick." And many homes have the same sauce as Iseshima Somen, who are served freshly with the flavor.
