History and Origins
"Sweeting" is a native dish eaten from Fukui Prefecture, which is more than 100 years old. It is a dish that eats hot sauce from raw vegetables and thread and rice over cooked rice. Besides the idea that by placing hot soup on rice, you can now call it "sucking" and other things that behave like food to customers, such delicious food that you can keep after the guests who were leaving (and then go after them). It's a native dish representing Fukui Prefecture, which continues to be loved so locally. It's a popular dish, but there are differences in materials, diets, and flavorings in different areas, so that your "swinging" is too much to be seen. In Fujiyama City, northeast of ZX Q886X, there are ways of eating rice with a soup of three leaves and a cupful of tea that adds freshr and more seaweed. Both are dishes that can be eaten completely after drinking.
When It Is Eaten
In some areas there is a custom of celebrating or serving three New Year's Day supper or having your wife eat at the end of the wedding. In other areas it is served as a night meal for a Shikoku Shikoku ceremony.
How It Is Eaten
I taste fried rice, fried rice, carrots, threaded silks, and so on, with salting and so forth. Put it in the cooked rice. It's also characteristic of eating on a plate.
Recipe — Serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 atsuage (thick fried tofu)
- 2 burdock root
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 packets konnyaku noodles
- 1 cups shaved bonito flakes
- 7 cups water
- as needed soy sauce
Method
- In the meantime, the carrots are cut into three-inch beats. I'll cut two fried cakes into short books. I'll cut the thread to about five centimeters and boil it and loosen it.
- Put the water in a smooth bar, and put the ingredients cut by one, and cook them for about 30 minutes.
- When the ingredients are soft and the vegetable taste is taste-free, you can pick them up with soy sauce.
- I'm going to put three of the cooked rice on the plate.
