History and Origins

"The leaf is a leaf" is a leaf from the fallen leaves of the corn family, and is a "shoe" wrapped with rice and pepper. In the Kuichiji region around Nagaji, it's an essential local dish for festivals and celebrations. Although abrasives are used from their preservation and aroma, it seems that they sometimes use other leaves, such as aca mega-major, apricot leaves, and so on. It is said that from wrapping a bowl of moustaches, some people simply "mass" them. The Abrasion tree grows itself in the Wild, but the people of the Nagan Temple district planted it in their own garden and were familiar with it as a "Saigi tree."

When It Is Eaten

"The leafed weed" has already been eaten on the day before and on the day before. It can be eaten by festivals, plates, and so on, and so on, and so on. You can eat a celebration or something.

How It Is Eaten

I have three sheets of salt made of salt cut into strips of flour, wrapped in vinegar and rice, wrapped in abrasive leaves, and placed them in a slat and placed them in a box with a heavy stone. Since abrasive leaves have fat on the surface and the grains of rice don't stick together, they can be peeled and eaten without using chopsticks.

  1. Wash rice and cook it and cook rice.
  2. I'll cut it out.
  3. The salt mass is thinly cut into pieces, about 60 pieces of rice (about three hours of sweetened rice) and is left in a sweet treat for four hours. (It's too thick, it's too fat, it's not delicious, it's not salty, it's saltish)
  4. Hold the rice with a small grip, and the water with the salt-salted juices (the rice is mixed with 2 and wrap it with abrasive leaves).
  5. Put them in boxes, place them on heavy stones, and leave them overnight. Heavy stones are 10 kilograms tall for a rice plant, but in an hour they will be reduced to half the weight.
  6. Leaves should be used with aca megasystyi, abrasives, leaves of abalones, leaves of abalones, leaves of abscess.
