History and Origins

The white bear is known to the whole country for milking dried ice and for having on top of it cherry, lais, pineapples, pineapples, beans, cold weather and colored toppings. The White Bear is said to be born of an old restaurant that originated in the 20s of the Showa. It was originally simple ice cream with white honey and red honey, but when you put milk on the eels, they got hints, they were milked, but now they were too sweet, so they made it to the fine milky syrup. Also, to add color, we have tossing the anti-serica, cherry, and leather out of the way, but because it looked like a white bear when we saw it from above, the menu name "white bear" came up. Although the general ice Shelf was then about 20 yen, the white bear was expensive and 50 yen and became the favorite ice pack of the common people. It can be symbolized by the fact that after the war the age of food troubles was settled and the desire for food was allowed to be a luxury.

When It Is Eaten

It's often eaten as the summer wind poem of Kagoshima Prefecture. We've known each other from a wide range of ages, from children to adults.

How It Is Eaten

If you cut out the ice and put sugar on top of it, you can easily place the fruit you like and then add the beans. It's the point of being a light-colored topping. The sweets of the milk are thinned so well by the ice, and the fruit that is added to it becomes a good accent, and you enjoy the variety of food and taste. We enjoy a lot of different climates, such as chocolates, puddings, and tea syrup.
