History and Origins

In Yamagata Prefecture, food with cold weather has been eaten for ages and can be served as a cup of tea. The cold weather as a sweet dessert is the main current in the sub-soil region, and the most popular one is the "Clean Cycling." It's sweet soy sauce that it's made during celebrations such as festivals and New Year's and so forth. It is said that the cold weather on which the diet is based and the eggs that were valuable at the time are linked together and have come close to us as a common food. Sometimes eggs are boiled in, and the flavoring is characterized by sweets with sesame oil and sugar. There are also a lot of cold dishes in the county, such as the sweetest "Nebulan weather" and the salt and oil that were carved into it and tasted with sugar and oil, and also the cold weather with vegetables in it and the pepper mixed with the pepper. The "Sun-Croar" is treated as part of the Buddhist party.

When It Is Eaten

In the same province, there is a difference in perception of the cold weather, and in the interior, "Nebulan" is like a candy that we eat on the day of the Hare, such as festivals and New Year's. As part of the May meal for the "I'm Soo" season, it's similar to the food known as "Sungsho" and "I'm so sorry." It's common to eat on Hale Day, but it's regularly sold to supermarket general vegetable corner and so on.

How It Is Eaten

Put cold weather and water in the pan and put it on fire. When the cold weather melts, put sugar, oil, melted eggs in the container, and cool it. If you get a good bite, cut it into easy-to-eat size and eat it as it is. In addition to the melted eggs, there are cases where they are used in carved boiled water. Whether you make it as a snack or as a snack, the flavors are subtlely different, and the recipes are different at home. Again, you can tell your preference for the finished product.
