History and Origins
Once, Oita Prefecture grew wheat because many areas were poor water and needed water. It's not just that. There are various dishes where flour is used. "Ise-yaki" is like "saki" or "sook" or "knit" or "knit" or "knit" or "knit" or "snack" or "snack" or "meat" or "meat" with wheat flour. These were eaten by children, as well as by working during the day. The characteristic of "meow" is, of course, in its appearance. The flat disk shape is rare in all countries. By making something packed thin enough to see through, the fire road will be faster and the cooking time will be reduced. And because it's easier to eat, it's better to eat between the lines of work.
When It Is Eaten
During the farm work, they were eaten as food and children's food for the whole year. We don't have many opportunities to make them at home today, but we can buy them at supermarkets and re-sales. It's difficult to make it in the first place, since it's not covered in the middle of the fabric, or when the force of the flatness is too strong, it's hard to make. To wrap it thinly, you need a skilled skill. When making them at home, the old man demonstrated his skill in making them. It used to be customary for parents to children, grandparents to grandchildren, and generations to inherit.
How It Is Eaten
Mix the flour with salt and water, wrap the beans in a thick dough that is almost earsy, round it up, and then fold it with a rice stick and boil it in boiling water. In addition to peas, I sometimes mix them with a little pea. It makes me feel good, and I feel good. It's best to eat in a freshly boiled state. Sometimes you can make a lot of color by pulling the potato in the dough. If you wrap it in a wrap while it's warm, it will make it hard to dry the skin. Some local people say they eat a cold, dried rice in the fire.
