History and Origins

Fukushima Prefecture produces a lot of soybeans, and there are many different species growing such as "o" and "mully sprays" and "a smile in the village." The beans produced are also used in native dishes, as well as in the manufacture of natto, tofu, taste and soy sauce. One of the local dishes with soybeans is "Spee beans" made of a kind of soybean and made with the number of young children who have been boiled with soy. The bean is a kind of blue bean, and it is characterized by a flat and yellowish color compared with other beans. The taste of bean beans and a few children is pleasant and has become a school lunch. By the way, in some areas the green beans are sometimes called "doured beans" that boils on the outside, but they refer to something else.

When It Is Eaten

A bean number child is basically a local dish served on New Year's Eve, and it's made in Fukushima Prefecture. The bean itself was known as a food that could be stored in some areas and eaten easily.

How It Is Eaten

The beans and the number of children cook separately. The beans are soaked overnight in water and then boiled. The number of children will be soaked in a thin salt water for a few days before they will be soaked in wine and soy sauce. When you eat, you add these two together and complete them.

Method

  1. I'll put the beans and water in the pot and soak them overnight.
  2. I'm going to do it for about 20 minutes while taking a pot without changing the water. I'm going to give it to the monkey and cool it.
  3. The salt-stained children will dip in the water of a popper in the bowl and remove salt and peel it and cut it into a small size. I'll keep the rest of the water.
  4. The water is mixed with sauce and salt.
  5. If you add two and three children to the list and you allow them to taste for a while in the refrigerator, you'll complete it.
