History and Origins

The prefecture sea that brings rich blessings. Fukuoka Prefecture east coast, in the inland sea area of Oita Prefecture, which extends from the north coast of XOita Prefecture, the sea floor is either mud or gravel, the tides are high and the coastal waters are wide. Small bottom net fishing and small fishing are the main ways in which many crustaceans, such as curry and shrimps, and other crustaceans, are washed. Even small shrimps with soft skin similar to the sea shrimp were much washed in the prefecture. The shrimp used in the "snaps" is not a particular kind, but a few small shrimps, such as aqua shrimps, monkey shrimps, tranches, and so on. Locally, it is simply called a "snaps" and is called the general term for the vast, small shrimp caught in fishing. A fisherman who cooks many small shrimps freshly and quickly.

When It Is Eaten

It comes from several species of shrimp, but from May to October comes the season. Fresh ones can be eaten with knife and are just sweet and delicious. The skin is soft, so it is often made of light flour and then fried, or dressed in clothing, and leans on the top of the ground. If fresh shrimp can be arranged, it can be cooked easily and served as a home table or guest's taste.

How It Is Eaten

With a fresh little shrimp with its head, I will boil the whole bowl with a thin sweet sauce. If you use a little larger shrimp whole, you'll be better able to remove the sharp spots on your head and tail carefully or remove the head or the shell. If you put the leftover soup in the soup and boil it in a bowl, the shrimp will taste delicious.
