History and Origins

"Eyumi" is a dish that can be eaten with a "snake" that has been ground with boiled soybeans. It's a local dish in the west region of Nanjo. Sun-Sun-Sun-Sun-City is next to Shimane PrefectureZX1XZXXZXZXZXZX038X and is a town between Tsunama and Yamayama, which covers 90 percent of the area. It is the largest snowfield in the province. The cultivated areas were very narrow, and in the past they were short before snow fell, but they used a fire-burned mountain for the forest to grow crops, and the ash in the trees alone would produce large roots, beans, and vegetables. Among other things, beans have been prized as a valuable source of nutrients because they are so rich in protein, vitamins, and minerals that they are so rich in meat in the fields. "Eye" is used to boil dried peas in water overnight, but when the beans are still young, the green is made to become a feature of the colorful beauty. Using the "Creep" and "Stretch" (Singing) you can add a little water to the ground, and you can add a "Space" to the mixture. You can put the "sumi" in the soup and eat it as well.
