History and Origins
"Linto Tofu" is a plain tofu dish in a confined area. In the middle, it's more of a fabric than a fabric. The "rento Tofu" that lasts for over a hundred years is one of the local dishes of the Middle East, such as the Cemetery Festival, the Festival, and the Law. In Tottori Prefecture, where fish were scarce, tofu was often eaten, and it was a valuable protein source for the common people. It's said that once there was a community tofu hut in the village, and since we were able to make a lot of tofu, it is thought that one of the ways to enjoy it that was born was "rento Tofu." But when the supermarket came in the '30s, people's lives and diets gradually changed. I hear that the time came when things were easy to come by, and the "renal tofu" couldn't grow any more. Even the tools used to make the "rento Tofu" have recently become difficult to come by. The decking is valuable in getting a clean sun and making "rent-to-to-to-be."
When It Is Eaten
Up to the year 55, the dishes that were made were sure to be served on the day of the festival, the wedding, and so forth. I'm told that home cooking is less available now, but it's also used in public events, in entertainment, and in soup.
How It Is Eaten
It is said that sometimes you can eat with a flavor of sugar or sesame oil, which you can add to your taste with a flavor of sugar or so forth. They say that the tools to be put in tofu are made with carrots and lentils, but also with eggs, spinach and vegetables for the season. By wrapping the tofu in a piece, the flavor of the loin has been transferred to to tofu, which is delicious, and each muscle is attached to the tofu and is made into a unique medium. If you have just boiled up, you can smell the good smell of the salt and feel the warmth along with the muscles on the edge.
