History and Origins
In the southern part of the Oita Prefecture, In the past, there was a mill for the ruling of a friend, Otori Otori. In many financial difficulties, Miyagi made plain that he encouraged the sale of food and clothing. Then, when I was a kid, I wouldn't have thought of it. It is also claimed that the Japanese - known as the Christian - had been trading in the south and that the Spanish paella was probably copied. This shagly mountain rice can be made by bathing in the water and boiling in the yellow water. The "yaki" can also be a "chin" with raw white fish, vegetables, tofu, and so on. For the Japanese meal, which is based on the martial arts, "chik" was born from the life of the merchants. During New Year's Eve and first sale, merchants are very busy. There's no way to cook a dish, no time to eat slowly. So they say that three made a bowl full of "knocks" and survived the day. As you boil the pot over and over again, the flavor of the sauce will become clear and taste in a fresh way. It warms the body from its core. As times change and the opportunity to cook "yaki" gradually fades, "chin" may be called "yaki" instead.
When It Is Eaten
On New Year's Eve, we will assemble together and make "Big" and three will eat again and again. It's said that you can eat well enough to boil back. The shanty color also makes you act on the occasion of your celebration.
How It Is Eaten
It's an empty fruit and it's yellowish-colored water and boils. If you keep it long enough, be careful that it turns green and not pale yellow. The "knit" is served with raw fish, such as eso, tofu, radish, and rice, and is served with soy sauce and garlic. In Miyagi, instead of having rice, they eat "chin" on top of "yaki" and eat it.
