History and Origins

Oita Prefecture is a country-wide product of the production of the rice plant. In every area of the province, periphery is scattered of the trees of the tree, and it is a familiar fruit to non-farmers. Since Ida City has such a cold temperature day and night, it has a rich smell and a good quality of mustard. The JAA's Yoichi Sunda Society, composed of some 80 producers, grows rice in a growing area of about 30 ha. From late August, the shipment of green jasako begins, and from about November, the shipment of yellow and ripe jasalis begins. Many of the seeds shipped out of the province will be made from soy sauce, rice, and so on. There are many other ways to enjoy yourself besides cooking nativity and citrus, such as Ida City. For example, the "sew sauce" that has been boiled in boiling is used for tea and dinner. The sweetly boiled "soured" with finely chopped leather is eaten by eating it right on the table or by eating it on the bread. If you pour the hot water, it will be "sui tea." There are other uses besides the use of seed in cooking, making makeup water, taking baths at wintertime, and eating.

When It Is Eaten

Sachiko is shipped from August to November. Since "susame sauce" is relatively preserved, it can be used in dinners. Not a few families grow sores in the garden or elsewhere, so they are still rooted in eating habits.

How It Is Eaten

The surface of the thick pistil is cut, cut in 2nd grade, cut in 4rd grade, and boil in a large bowl with plenty of water twice. A boil will reduce the bitterness and tear. If you cut the water, or fold the sugar, then add the right amount of water, boil it in a pot, and store it in a storage container where it comes out. Some homes freeze. It depends on your taste, but slowly include the boiling with about 80 percent of your skin weight. Since the fire is too strong when it is boiled in a pot, it is easy to burn or to boil, so it is a trick to boil it with a weak cook. It used to be a large can of wood, so it seems that it was easier to adjust the fire. It's delicious to cut it down and use it for other dishes or to put it on a sweet drink. There are various arrangements in the home.
