History and Origins
In the past, young pines in the interior were difficult to obtain fresh fish. For this reason, many sea products were eaten by the people who were used to dry them and save them long. It's also said that the cold winters have been long and that the rod with its dried wood was a valuable source. The local food that I finished with this stick, which I spent many days on, is "cooked" after it has been thoroughly boiled, sweet, and even boned. The stick that has become hard on the side will take longer to put it back, and in long cases it may take about a week. It's going to take several days to cook again, so it's becoming one of the special days that we'll spend working on.
When It Is Eaten
In the winter, sticks were tied to shops and other items, and we were used to it as Shinzo's windy poetry. In addition to being often offered as part of a new month's service, they are also behaved during festivals and celebrations.
How It Is Eaten
After a few days in the water, the stick boils several more times, and then it goes back for a week or so. Then cut into easy-to-eat size, put it in a pot with steam oil, sugar, water, and wine, and cook it for several hours or so. It's a long-term cook, but after this process, the hard stick will be soft, and it'll taste delicious with plenty of garlic.
