History and Origins

"Nisin's Fabulous Fabrics" is a local dish made from the Hokkaido that is placed next to it. "Nix Q148X is famous for Nisin Sung, but Hokkaido has been eaten for a long time." Kyoto's 'Nithing' has a thin flavor of sieve and stalagmed oil, while Hokkaido has a sweet taste for the rich and sweet. In spring, when a large herd of herring came to the coast for eggs, the sea would become white. In the days of Edo, when freezing technology was not developing, a large quantity of herring came to be preserved in dry dishes as a varnished for daily use. During the Meiji era, her catch peaked. But since the mid-30s, herring's numbers have dropped rapidly and herring has dropped very little. However, from the best-running remains of the season, and even now, throughout the country, there are "singings with a little nicin, including Nisins." "Nichinjiang" is called "Kyoto," but Hokkaido's root is said to be the recipe for the Nisin fisher's "Russian" game when Nisin fishing flourished in Eygotown.

When It Is Eaten

You can eat it easily for the whole year using absent herring. It is widely known as the taste of the natives from old times, and there are many restaurants in the streets that offer the "Nichinji" as a great dish. It can be made at home again.

How It Is Eaten

First, we had to boil the worn herring, which is a dry dish of herring. Then we'll boil it thoroughly with soy sauce, with steam, wine, and sugar. If you make it at home, using a commercial software-type absenteeism that doesn't have a lot of trouble, it's easy to cook. If you pour citrus juice on the side of your face and put a smudge of a worn - out herring, you'll be "Nicin." There's a "Nichin" with a warm side, and a "N" with a "N" with a 'N" with a 'N" with a 'N" with a 'N" in a cold side.
