History and Origins
Luigibe freezes fish such as pumpkins and squares, then cuts them down and eats local food. It's characterized by the frozen sense of food when you put it into your mouth and by the taste that melts gradually in your mouth. It's said that Louis Behavior is the dish of the birth of the Irene people. The history of the fish catch of the Hokkaido sake is old, and the people of Ivan were catching them as a valuable protein source. It is said that Louis Behbet was born in the winter, in preparation for the severe winter, and that he buried the cabbage in snow and frozen it, and kept it, and ate it by cutting it thin and frozen. Also, parasites such as the Anessakis in the hide of a snake were effective in killing by freezing them and in countering parasites. The name comes from the name Luigi, which also means "regular" and "regular" which means "regular." The Luigibe is generally used as a pumpkin or a mass, but sometimes the way you eat a fish or other food is called "Lukebe" by keeping it frozen and thin.
When It Is Eaten
It is said to have been a survival meal originally made by the people of the Ivans using winter cold, and they had frozen them in late fall and early winter, and eaten them as a survival meal during the cold winter season.
How It Is Eaten
The Luigibe, which freezes and eats, enjoys the taste of melting in its mouth and distinct from the life sting. It is common to eat with the same sashimi oil as a knife, but it is delicious when you squeeze lemons or eat large roots. Depending on the area and the family, eating may vary in the way you eat, such as by lightly slicing, or by waving salt. In recent years, the Luigibe may also be used in cooking such as "Lukebe" and salads, sweets, and pasta.
